If you had to eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Pizza. I think about having pizza as an option at my wedding one day!

What are some hobbies of yours?

Running 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, and most recently, the Philadelphia Full Marathon. I have this passion for running like no one I’ve ever met; it’s a love/hate relationship. The amount of ambition I have on a race day is extraordinary and losing is something I’ve never done well with. As for getting people to run with me, impossible. Most people tell me I’m crazy for even thinking about running any distance over 2 miles. I’ve actually learned to enjoy my alone time running, so a partner is not necessary.

Wine tasting is another hobby that I’ve developed. My friends and I do a lot of wine tours throughout the year.

Lastly, sporting events, at least one a year, sometimes more. Since birth I’ve loved sports.

If you could travel anywhere in the world? Where would it be?

The Mediterranean: Greece, Italy, Etc. I would love to see all the old architecture there, the beautiful waters, and eat all the amazing food. Real Italian pizza and pastas would make my day easily.

What is the first thing you would do if you won the lottery?

Pay off my school loans!!! Which otherwise will never be paid off!

On a scale of
1-10 how funny would you say you are?

Sarcastic 10, funny to others like a 4 ;)

Favorite restaurant:

The Mill in Hershey which is local for me. I also fell in love with the food at The Old Pink House in Savannah, GA.

Guilty pleasure:

Ice Cream and days when I am all alone :)

What is a favorite quote of yours?
