Trisonics Introduces Mobile App For Ultrasound Parts
Highspire, PA (October 27, 2015 ) – Trisonics is happy to announce the launch of its mobile app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This app will have the primary purpose of giving users a convenient and quick way to receive pricing and purchase parts for their ultrasound equipment.
“As an engineer myself, I understand the importance of timeliness and convenience when it comes to getting pricing and ordering parts. We feel like this app gives our customers exactly that by providing a simple process and layout for getting quick pricing on parts, while on the job,” Trisonics’ Vice President, Bryan Hoffman.
In the app, users will be able to create an account with all of their contact information. Once this is done, the user information will be saved for quick and easy access to the app. From there, users will have the chance to input all of the necessary information regarding the part that they are in search of along with the option to upload a picture of their desired part.
Once this step is complete, users may select how they would like to be contacted with the price of their part (phone call, text message, or email). All inquiries will be sent to a Trisonics representative who works in that customer’s specified region. For customers outside of Trisonics service regions, inquiries will be sent to the global sales specialist who will contact the user with pricing in a timely fashion.
An additional feature that will offer great benefits to app users is the option of adding “tech support” or “service support” to their part purchase. Tech support comes free with each part purchase as customers will have the opportunity to speak with a Trisonics representative as they install their new part. The “service support” option allows users to have a Trisonics engineer come to their facility to provide the GOLD standard in ultrasound service that Trisonics has become known for.
